A four-day mini-festival packed with light art, live music, parades, markets, and festive events across Ramsgate town centre. A culmination of all the Winter Festival partners and town centre venues.
Everything’s free or low-cost. Drop in and explore.

THURSDAY
Light Up Ramsgate: Trail Launch
Eleven light-based artworks switch on across town.
Daily, 4–10pm through 25 Jan.
Late Night Shopping
Local shops open late for festive browsing
Samba Ya Wantsum Parade
Colourful drumming parade from St George’s Hall (5pm) to Albert Court.
Roaming iDeer by Greenaway & Greenaway
Elusive digital deer, glowing around town.
Starts 4:30pm, leaving St George’s Church.
Pickle Pop-ups: Christmas Market
Artisan crafts & produce in Charlotte Court.
4–8pm.
PubClub#93 @ The Pub
“An Alternative Christmas” DJ takeover.

FRIDAY
Advent Doors: Ramsgate Tunnels
Wartime Christmas displays.
6–9pm.
Christmas Tree Festival Opens Christmas Tree Festival, 12 - 23 Dec
Decorated trees inside St George’s Church.
Daily, 2–5pm (until 21 Dec).
Santa Arrives in the Harbour
Santa lands by boat with the RNLI.
Approx. 6pm.
Ramsgate Illuminations
​Boats at their best - lighting up to their full for judging on the 17th.
Light Up Lates: Screaming Alley
Cabaret night. Tickets via their website.
Live Music @ The Queen’s Head

SATURDAY
Light Up Lates: BYOB – Bring Your Own Beamer
DIY projection art night @ Arts in Ramsgate.
