Pride in Place and Ramsgate Winter Festival collaboration  
The Ramsgate Neighbourhood Board was set up to drive the Ramsgate Pride in Place Programme and is working with Ramsgate Winter Festival 2025-6 to help bring the town’s new vision to life. 
Over the last year or so, members of the local community have shared their big ideas for Ramsgate as part of the first two phases of the Pride in Place Programme. As the Board moves into Phase three, it is all about moving from gathering ideas to designing the real details. The collaboration between the Board and the Ramsgate Winter Festival aims to show exactly what Ramsgate can do when we work together.  
The Ramsgate Winter Festival has received funding from the Board to help us ask residents “what does the new vision for Ramsgate look like and how can we shape it together?”. The Ramsgate Winter festival brings the ethos behind Pride in Place to life; through making, through sharing and through community: We Are Ramsgate.
In February 2026 the Board launched a small grants funding pot called Revive and Thrive. This new small grant scheme will empower local community organisations to run their own creative projects, helping the community to tell its own story, through film, photography, music, arts, crafts, or innovative ideas. This will be your chance to bring the new Ramsgate vision to life in your own neighbourhood.
